GERD Elimination Diet – Day 7

Breakfast

Breakfast was oats, oat milk, cinnamon, vanilla, cashew butter and raspberries. This probably won’t change until I’m out of raspberries. About 350 calories.

Lunch

I had a late breakfast again and wasn’t really hungry so I had a few turkey meatballs and some fruit. About 200 calories.

Dinner

Salmon, quinoa, broccoli and carrot. I didn’t take a photo because the piece of salmon was really long and I broke it. Not that my food photos are so great anyway. I’d better do some research into that for when I start posting recipes.

I struggled to eat the whole thing so maybe I need a smaller piece of salmon. This meal was a bit over 500 calories.

Macros

According to the Fitbit app my split was 43% carbs, 34% fat and 23% protein. I ate just under 1100 calories. Still not hungry and energy levels were fine. Today I took what I hope to be my last ever dose of proton pump inhibitors. We’ll see how I feel going forward.
