Macros
According to the Fitbit app my split today was 40% carbs, 38% fat and 22% protein. I only ate a bit over 1100 calories but I felt fine despite working out a lot today. I think the brown rice in particular makes me feel full for longer than I’m used to or something. I’m not full to the same level as I was while on the proton pump inhibitors though.
I think my heartburn wasn’t so bad today. I’m hoping in a few days it will be completely gone.
