I made turkey and apple burger things by loosely following this recipe. They’re pretty good; I’ve made them before, but this time I didn’t add the garlic powder or the pepper. I have always made them with ground turkey because it’s hard to get ground chicken here for whatever reason.
I ate them with brown rice, cucumber and carrot. About 360 calories.
Snack
Cashews, about 160 calories.

According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 41% carbs, 38% fat and 21% protein and I ate nearly 1300 calories.
