GERD Elimination Diet – Day 19

Breakfast

Oats, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, cashew butter and apple. A little over 400 calories.

Lunch

Tuna, brown rice and spinach, about 300 calories.

Dinner

Turkey and apple burger with brown rice and the last scraps of vegetables left in the fridge. A little over 400 calories.

Snack

Cashews, about 160 calories.

Macros

According to the Fitbit app my split today was 38% carbs, 43% fat and 19% protein and I ate 1300 calories.

I am way more excited than I should be for grocery shopping tomorrow. I really need some fresh fruit and vegetables, but I also get to buy things for the reintroduction phase.
