I pretty much need to continue eating oats until I run out of almond milk since there’s not anything else I feel like using it for.
Lunch
Scrambled eggs with spinach and herbs, with roasted carrots and potatoes on the side. About 340 calories.
Dinner
Baked chicken breast with roasted potatoes, carrots and Brussels sprouts. About 430 calories.
Snack
An apple, about 80 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 49% carbs, 31% fat and 20% protein and I ate about 1250 calories. I probably ate a bit too much potato, but I feel fine. In fact, I don’t think I’ve had any heartburn all day.
