Lunch
Scrambled eggs with spinach, herbs and brown rice, about 300 calories.

Turkey meatballs with brown rice, carrots and broccoli, about 430 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app my split today was 45% carbs, 35% fat and 20% protein and I ate about 1100 calories. It was a recovery day so the low calories aren’t so bad, but like always they should be higher.
Final Thoughts
I’m missing the potatoes, but mostly because I’m sick of brown rice. I never usually ate potatoes every day or anything before. I just like having another carb option. I feel fine so hopefully I will tomorrow too and then I can reintroduce potatoes forever.
I just put a sourdough loaf in the fridge, ready to bake on Tuesday morning for my wheat reintroduction. I love bread, especially when it’s homemade, so I’m really looking forward to that.
