GERD Elimination Diet – Day 31

Breakfast

Oats, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, cashew butter, with mango on the side. About 390 calories.

Lunch

Sourdough, scrambled eggs with spinach and herbs, about 425 calories.

Dinner

Sourdough, mahi mahi, Brussels sprouts and carrots, about 450 calories.

Snack

Macadamias and a peach fruit cup, about 260 calories.

Macros

According to the Fitbit app my split today was 48% carbs, 35% fat and 17% protein and I ate a little over 1500 calories. A good day today, calorie-wise, but not so good on the protein.

Final Thoughts

I ate a lot of sourdough today! I wouldn’t usually eat so much bread in one day but it’s the wheat introduction phase. Now I’m going two days without.

After that, I’m going to attempt to reintroduce cheese. Milk will be next, depending on how the cheese goes. I am doing them separately for my dairy introduction, since some GERD suffers react differently to each.
