Lunch
Brown rice, spinach and scrambled eggs, about 330 calories.
Dinner
Baked chicken breast with roasted carrot and potatoes, about 420 calories.
Snack
Macadamias and a peach fruit cup, about 260 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 42% carbs, 40% fat and 18% protein and I ate almost 1400 calories. Hopefully I’ll be able to work on a better split after grocery shopping on Saturday.
