GERD Elimination Diet – Day 33

Breakfast

Oats, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, cashew butter with a peach fruit cup. About 370 calories.

Now I’m out of almond milk, yay! There will likely be no more oats eaten until I reintroduce milk next week.

Lunch

Baked chicken breast with vegetables and brown rice, about 330 calories.

Dinner

Baked chicken breast with vegetables and brown rice, about 360 calories. Yes, I am just about out of options by now.

Snack

Two boiled eggs, about 160 calories.

Macros

According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 41% carbs, 31% fat and 28% protein and I ate about 1200 calories. I’m happy with that split but not with the calories, as usual.

Final Thoughts

I’m just really glad to be going grocery shopping tomorrow so I have something different to eat. We’re planning on Costco tomorrow and Albertsons on Sunday. Normally we would do both on the same day, but with how things are at the moment we want to get to each store first thing in the morning for the best chance at actually being able to buy what we need.

I also get to eat cheese tomorrow and Sunday, which is something I have really missed, so I’m excited about that. I just hope it goes well; it’s the first food I’m introducing that I’m a little nervous about.
