Breakfast
Roasted potato, carrot and Brussels sprouts with a fried egg on top. About 350 calories.
Lunch
Turkey meatballs, rice and vegetables, about 390 calories.
Dinner
Pan fried chicken breast and asparagus with homemade sourdough. I made a pan sauce with herbs and it looked (and tasted) pretty good but I was too hungry to take photos so I just ate it all. This was about 490 calories.
Snack
Pistachios and strawberries, about 190 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 32% carbs, 38% fat and 30% protein and I ate nearly 1400 calories.
Final Thoughts
Tomorrow it’s time to reintroduce milk, and I also get to resume eating cheese due to experiencing no adverse effects.
