Breakfast
Oats, 2% milk, cinnamon, vanilla and an apple on the side, about 330 calories.
I ran out of cashew butter and don’t plan on getting any more since it’s inferior to peanut butter, which I hope to be able to introduce within the next few weeks. (I wouldn’t really consider almond butter either since I don’t like almonds all that much.)
Lunch
Lamb meatballs, mozzarella and cucumber on a flour tortilla with strawberries on the side, about 450 calories.
Dinner
Salmon and vegetables with a cheese sauce to incorporate my second milk serving. Also a slice of homemade sourdough. About 560 calories.
Snack
Pistachios, about 160 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app my split today was 37% carbs, 40% fat and 23% protein and I ate about 1500 calories. I’m definitely doing better at eating a more normal amount of food this week.
Final Thoughts
I ate quite a lot of dairy today so hopefully my body handles it okay!
I’ve lately been thinking about how much I miss onion and garlic. They just make so many dishes a zillion times better and I have at least a few weeks before I’m up to reintroducing them. I do feel I have a pretty good variety of food I can eat now though, compared to when I started. I’m only a little bored as opposed to bored out of my mind.
