Chicken breast, carrot, Brussels sprouts, potato and leftover zucchini fries, about 580 calories. As expected, the fries were no longer crunchy, but I did not want to turn the oven on to try crisping them up since it was hot here today. They still tasted okay.
Dinner
Chicken breast on a homemade hamburger bun with mozzarella and baby spinach mix, about 510 calories.
Snack
Most of an apple, about 65 calories. Yeah, my husband stole some again.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 39% carbs, 31% fat and 30% protein and I ate nearly 1500 calories.
