According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 44% carbs, 31% fat and 25% protein and I ate about 1360 calories.
Final Thoughts
I just want to make it clear that it’s not normal for me to eat the same meal multiple nights in a row, plus for lunch! I may have leftovers for a few lunches at the most, but I plan those so that if I have something currently in the fridge I will cook a dinner where there will be no leftovers. Since my husband and I are eating such different meals right now it means there are more leftovers, and honestly, I kind of like not having to think too much about meals when they’re still so boring.
Next for reintroduction will be beef, followed by pork. Having different meat options will help a lot with the leftovers aspect and also with being bored.
