Breakfast
Ground beef, egg, cheese, sour cream and baby spinach mix on a homemade burger bun. About 750 calories. Yeah, this was too much. I underestimated how many calories would be in the burger and how filling it would be. I should have at least left out the egg.
Lunch
I was not really hungry for lunch so I just had an egg and baby spinach mix on a flour tortilla, which came to about 200 calories.
Dinner
Beef meatballs with Brussels sprouts and carrots on spaghetti with parmesan on top. About 520 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 35% carbs, 44% fat and 21% protein and I ate nearly 1500 calories.
Final Thoughts
I feel pretty gross but I think that’s still from my too big breakfast this morning rather than from the beef specifically. I’ll try to be more mindful in future.
My Fitbit seems to be on its deathbed finally; it won’t sync anymore except sometimes when it feels like it. So I guess it’s time to get a new one. I’m thinking of the Charge 3. There’s a 4 out but it doesn’t have anything extra that I need and costs $50 more.
