I made a dip type thing with tahini, sour cream and fresh herbs. It was fine but it would have been better with lemon. I ate it with my remaining meatballs and carrot and celery sticks. This was about 340 calories.
Dinner
Salmon, broccoli, carrot and homemade sourdough with a little butter, about 570 calories.
Snack
An apple and some cashews, about 240 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app my split today was 31% carbs, 46% fat and 23% protein and I ate about 1500 calories.
