Breakfast
An egg on a cheddar and chive biscuits with an apricot, about 300 calories.
I always get excited when I see apricots at the grocery store since I love them, but they only ever seem to be good for a few weeks. I only got two since I wasn’t sure how they were and they’re not great yet.
Lunch
Tuna, lettuce, cucumber and sour cream on a flour tortilla, about 250 calories.
Dinner
Another biscuit, chicken breast, broccoli and carrots, about 490 calories.
I don’t necessarily plan on having two biscuits every day but they are pretty good and they have to get eaten eventually, so that I can bake more things!
Snack
An apple, about 80 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app my split today was 37% carbs, 35% fat and 28% protein and I ate about 1100 calories.
