GERD Elimination Diet – Day 50

Breakfast

Bacon and an egg on a cheese and chive biscuit, nearly 400 calories.

It’s time to reintroduce pork, hence the bacon. I know it’s not very healthy, but I get the lower sodium kind from Costco and I cut off the big bits of fat.

Lunch

Tuna, lettuce, cucumber and sour cream on a flour tortilla and an apricot, about 260 calories.

Dinner

Pork schnitzel with dukkah (my new favorite schnitzel flavoring), potatoes, carrots and Brussels sprouts, about 630 calories.

Snack

Strawberries and cashews, about 220 calories.

Macros

According to the Fitbit app my split today was 31% carbs, 45% fat and 24% protein and I ate about 1500 calories.
