Breakfast
A cheese and chive biscuit, an egg and asparagus, about 320 calories. I have a big bag of asparagus I’m trying to use up.
Lunch
Another biscuit and egg, this time with broccoli and cashews, about 500 calories. Yes, this is a weird meal. I didn’t plan properly to have any kind of meat ready for lunch today and I didn’t want to open a can of tuna because I was making fish for dinner.
Dinner
Baked mahi mahi with potatoes, Brussels sprouts and carrots, about 350 calories.
Snack
An apple, about 80 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 39% carbs, 40% fat and 21% protein and I ate about 1250 calories.
