GERD Elimination Diet – Day 57

Breakfast

Cheese and chive biscuit with a small turkey burger and a fried egg, about 420 calories.

Lunch

Lamb meatballs, baby spinach, cucumber, sour cream and tahini on a flour tortilla, about 320 calories.

Dinner

A small turkey burger with a cheese and chive biscuit and sauteed vegetables, about 470 calories.

Snack

Cashews, about 160 calories.

Macros

According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 25% carbs, 51% fat and 24% protein and I ate about 1370 calories. I didn’t do too well on vegetables today and I’m out of fruit except for one apple so I’m kind of saving that. I hate only shopping once a fortnight! At least tomorrow I can eat sugar again, so I can get some apple by eating my apple flax muffins. I will also be reintroducing shellfish in the form of shrimp.
