Breakfast
Fried eggs on homemade sourdough with a little butter, dukkah sprinkled on top. This was about 440 calories.
Lunch
Lamb meatballs, baby spinach, tahini and Greek yogurt on a flour tortilla, about 310 calories.
Dinner
Salmon with Brussels sprouts and honey glazed baby carrots, about 470 calories. The carrots were great, though I didn’t have fresh dill or thyme so I used a little less than half the amount dried. I think next time I’ll add some salt and pepper (I’ll be able to have pepper by next time!) I might decrease the sugar a little too. Of course, I didn’t eat all this for dinner and my husband does not like carrots when they are cooked so I’ll be eating them over the next few days.

Snack
An apple flax muffin with a little butter, about 180 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 39% carbs, 39% fat and 22% protein and I ate about 1400 calories.
