Breakfast
Leftover coffee cake, another too big slice. This was about 590 calories, and this time I took a photo, though it doesn’t really do it justice. I should have taken a photo of the whole thing before cutting.

Lunch
Leftover turkey meatballs, lettuce, cucumber, cheese and sour cream on a flour tortilla, about 330 calories.
Dinner
Teriyaki chicken using Nigella’s recipe. I’ve previously always used equal parts brown sugar, sake, mirin and soy sauce and that’s it, but I liked this slightly less sweet version. I ate it with broccoli and rice, and the meal came to about 430 calories.
Snack
Strawberries and two boiled eggs, about 220 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 43% carbs, 36% fat and 21% protein and I ate around 1570 calories.
