Leftover zucchini frittata and homemade sourdough with butter, about 500 calories.

Dinner

Leftover pork schnitzel, potato pancakes and Brussels sprouts, about 350 calories.

Snack

The last of my apple flax muffins with a little butter, about 180 calories.

Macros

According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 39% carbs, 44% fat and 17% protein and I ate about 1470 calories.
