Breakfast
Leftover zucchini frittata and homemade sourdough with butter, about 490 calories.
Lunch
Leftover turkey meatballs, cheese and chive biscuit and an apple, about 450 calories. Some meals might get a bit weird as I try and use up what’s left in the freezer while also running out of vegetables! We’re making a Costco trip this weekend and I always like to have as much freezer space as possible for that.
Dinner
Beef burger on a homemade burger bun with sour cream, cheese and spinach. About 530 calories.
Snack
Homemade granola and Greek yogurt, about 310 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 35% carbs, 44% fat and 21% protein and I ate nearly 1800 calories. Another high calorie day, but again I worked out a lot. Wednesday is always a lighter day so I’ll make sure I eat less.
