GERD Elimination Diet – Day 74

Breakfast

Fried eggs on homemade sourdough with butter and dukkah, about 460 calories.

Lunch

Ground beef, onion and vegetables on a flour tortilla with cheese and sour cream. This was my first onion serving for the reintroduction phase. This meal was about 430 calories.

Dinner

Chicken, broccoli, onion and rice, about 470 calories.

Snack

An apple and a glass of 2% milk, about 200 calories.

Macros

According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 43% carbs, 35% fat and 22% protein and I ate about 1550 calories.
