According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 31% carbs, 47% fat and 22% protein and I ate nearly 1600 calories.
Final Thoughts
I’m super excited for the coming two weeks, as on Monday I will be introducing spicy food which opens up a wide range of dishes. I have a few interesting things planned. I think I’m also finally getting closer to a name for my recipe blog!
