Breakfast
My husband has been complaining that I never make him biscuits. He was only half serious and I knew that but I decided to make them anyway, with gravy too since I had some sausages in the freezer from before I started having GERD-like symptoms.
I used a different recipe from my usual; this one has sour cream and buttermilk as the wet ingredients. I think they were pretty awesome! The gravy was good too but that’s something I don’t really need a recipe for.
It was probably a mistake to have two biscuits, but oh well. This breakfast amounted to 830 calories!
Lunch
I wasn’t super hungry so I just ate some leftover chicken and lettuce on a flour tortilla, which was about 230 calories.
Dinner
Baked mahi mahi with potatoes and Brussels sprouts, about 360 calories.
Snack
A handful of strawberries, about 30 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 34% carbs, 43% fat and 23% protein and I ate a bit over 1400 calories.
