GERD Elimination Diet – Day 80

Breakfast

Breakfast casserole, about 500 calories.

Lunch

Chicken breast, lettuce and sour cream on a flour tortilla, about 320 calories.

Dinner

I made these crispy potatoes with a lemon, dill and tahini dressing. The dressing was so good that I decided to just put it on my salmon and Brussels sprouts too! This meal was about 400 calories (small piece of salmon for once).

Snack

Strawberries and a handful of cashews, about 190 calories.

Macros

According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 32% carbs, 42% fat and 26% protein and I ate about 1400 calories.
