Leftover Persian omelette and zucchini and corn fritters with ham and sour cream, about 570 calories.
Dinner
I make a very simplified and probably terribly non-authentic jambalaya which my husband loves (as long as I cook the vegetables separately). I ate that tonight as part of my cooked tomato reintroduction. I’m including bell peppers here too, as they are also a nightshade. If I had been experiencing any problems with my reintroduction phase so far I would probably split the two, but as I said a while ago I’m not sure I actually have GERD at this point.
One bowl of this jambalaya came to nearly 500 calories.
Snack
An apple, about 80 calories.

According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 33% carbs, 44% fat and 23% protein and I ate about 1630 calories.
