GERD Elimination Diet – Day 88

Breakfast

Last of my breakfast casserole, about 500 calories.

Lunch

Leftover Persian omelette with ham and a cheese and chive biscuit (yes I still have a few in the freezer!). This was about 520 calories.

Dinner

Sesame garlic salmon with garlicky sauteed spinach, broccoli and rice, about 510 calories. This was delicious!

Snack

An apple, about 80 calories.

Macros

According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 29% carbs, 49% fat and 22% protein and I ate about 1600 calories.
