On Memorial Day my father-in-law made some pulled pork which he gave to us in tupperware (we did not actually hang out or anything due to COVID-10). I was not able to eat it back then since it’s spicy, and the sauce that goes with it has tomato in it. Now, I’m finally able to eat it! I had the pork and sauce on a tortilla with some sour cream, which came to around 420 calories.
Dinner
Chicken thighs marinated in a store-bought hoisin garlic sauce with broccoli and rice, about 490 calories.
Snack
An apple, about 80 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 40% carbs, 32% fat and 28% protein and I ate about 1500 calories.
