Lunch
Leftover pulled chicken on a homemade telera roll with lettuce, about 340 calories. The rest of the chicken is now in the freezer since I’m going to have too many leftovers to eat otherwise!
Dinner
I made pizza! I’ve only made it once before, and I’m currently looking for the perfect recipe for the base. Tonight I used the King Arthur Flour recipe and it was pretty good. I think next time I need to brush the edges with butter and garlic salt so they have some flavor. But otherwise the pizzas turned out well. I put mild Italian sausage, onion and green bell peppers on mine.
I ate half my pizza which came to 800 calories.
Snack
An applesauce oatmeal muffin with a little butter and an apple, about 250 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 35% carbs, 38% fat and 27% protein and I ate about 1820 calories. Too much pizza!
