Italian sausage leftover from pizza last night with two eggs and sour cream on a flour tortilla, about 530 calories.
Lunch
Leftover pizza, about 400 calories.
Dinner
I made this southwestern steak salad, but I used flank steak instead of skirt because it was cheaper. I will say now that I am not very experienced at cooking steak. I enjoy eating it but my husband doesn’t for the most part, though he’ll eat it. I probably should have marinated the steak since it was a little tough, but it tasted good and I do think I cooked it perfectly (I like my steak rare to medium rare). I’ve been worried about getting a nice cut of steak and then overcooking it so I’m sticking with cheaper cuts for the moment.
I also made breadsticks, which my husband loves. I put parmesan on a few for me but he likes them with just garlic butter.

I added carrots and cilantro to the salad recipe and also ate one breadstick. My dinner came to around 550 calories.
Snack
Strawberries, about 60 calories. I’m also eating ice cream tonight for around 240 calories.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app, my split today was 37% carbs, 44% fat and 19% protein and I ate about 1780 calories.
