No photos today because I didn’t really do anything new.
Breakfast
Usual oats with oat milk, cashew butter and cinnamon, but this time I added a dash of vanilla, and it really made a difference. That’s going to be the norm from now on. I ate some mango too but I kept it separate this time.
Nearly 400 calories.
Lunch
Similar to yesterday. Tuna, rice and vegetables, about 340 calories.
Dinner
Leftover chicken from last night with carrot and asparagus. About 270 calories. Despite how small this was I found it hard to eat it all.
Snack
I ate an apple and cashews in the afternoon for about 200 calories, not because I was super hungry but because I wasn’t super full and I knew I needed to be eating more.
Macros
According to the Fitbit app my split was 47% carbs, 32% fat and 21% protein. Still need to work on that protein.
I ate a bit over 1200 calories. Better than yesterday but still not good.
I did not take my proton pump inhibitors today and still feel fine. I’ll take one tomorrow and probably Sunday before stopping completely. Hopefully once I’m off them completely my appetite will return, though I guess I have mixed feelings about that as I may just really want to eat all the foods I can’t right now.
I’m not going to lie; I’m pretty bored with my food already. I’ve decided that if I feel fine after the next two weeks I will start the reintroduction phase. Hopefully this weekend I can at least find some more interesting food at the supermarket.
